Peace and serenity...
"Peace and serenity" that's what Kaumatua told me they wanted for their housing at Pirihima Papakainga and I think we nailed it!
Nestled below Kopukairoa maunga and behind Tahuwhakatiki Marae, Welcome Bay, Pirihima Papakainga is a place of peace and serenity. Six two bedroom homes share water and septic tanks and a collective onsite recyled wastewater system. Pirihima is consented for future growth and infrastructure sized accordingly.
