Papakainga and community development

Housing our communities

My passion for community development and assisting whanau into home ownership began in 2008 with my first Papakainga project.  I have been assisting whanau into housing ever since.

Structure

Get it right.

Establishing the appropriate legal Structure for your developments and housing delivery is critical for tax efficiency and minimising legal risk, especially for parent Companies or Trusts that already operate under specific legislation and expectations. Informed decision making to determine the best structure for your housing development and circumstances is key.

Furthermore, well considered organisational  structure, team sizing that grows with your housing portfolio, internal systems, policies and processes provide efficiencies, accurate monitoring, reporting and enable better legal compliance especially for Community Housing Providers reporting to CHRANZ.

If you need guidance with Structure, or planning to register as a Community Housing Provider, I can assist.
